At Advantage Academy, we believe that every student deserves access to quality instruction, and every parent deserves CHOICE in their child's education. Is Advantage Academy a Christian school?
No. Advantage Academy is not a christian school, and does not teach christianity or any other religion. However, we do teach about religion. Part of the mission of Advantage Academy is to create an educational environment that has a positive impact on the whole child - body, mind, and spirit. We believe that by welcoming and engaging students’ personal beliefs and values, students are able to connect their lives to their learning. Do you offer remote learning?
Yes. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Advantage Academy offers 3 learning options for students: 100% online, 100% in person, or a combination hybrid model. Click here to learn more about our learning options.

Do your students wear uniforms?
Students at our North Dunvanville, Waxahachie, and Grand Prairie West campuses wear uniforms consisting of an Advantage Academy Polo shirt with Khaki pants, shorts, or skirts. Students have the opportunity to wear spirit shirts and jeans on Fridays.
Students at our Grand Prairie East campus (8th-12th grade) do not wear uniforms, but must follow a dress code. Click here for more information about our uniforms and dress code.

What is your bullying policy?
We have a zero tolerance bullying policy. Harrassment, discrimination, bullying (including cyber bullying), and other violent behaviors are prohibited on and off school grounds when the act is directed at or involves a student, parent, or employee of the school and will not be tolerated. We have a full time Safety Director who will ensure that reported violations of the bullying policy are investigated and that appropriate disciplinary action is taken. Do you provide free breakfast and lunch?
Yes. Advantage Academy participates in the National School Lunch Program, Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). CEP is a school meal funding option that enables us to provide FREE meals to ALL students. No application necessary! Our meals meet all state and federal guidelines for school lunch nutrition. Do you provide bussing to and from campuses?
We provide bus stops to some locations near our campuses depending on need. We also provide free monthly DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) passes for students in the Dallas area. You can learn more about DART routes here. We do not provide bussing for Pre-K students.
Free bussing is available for high school students traveling to our GPE High School campus from our ND campus.

Do I have to live near the campus to attend Advantage Academy?
No. Students from all over Texas may attend Advantage Academy. We are able to reach more students than ever with our remote learning option!

Do you have a Pre-Kindergarten program?
Yes. We have half and full day Pre-K programs available at our North Duncanville, Waxahachie, and Grand Prairie West campuses. Some families may qualify for free half-day scholarships. Click here to learn more about our Pre-K program.
