My name is Anna Paine and I am excited to be your Assistant Principal at Advantage Academy Dallas. This will be my 17th year in education. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Education from East Texas Baptist University and a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. I hold a Principal certification and an Early Childhood through 8th grade teaching certification. Before coming to Advantage Academy, I served as a Reading and Social Studies teacher, an Instructional Coach, and began my career as an Assistant Principal. I look forward to working with Advantage Academy to develop our future leaders of tomorrow, building champions with a future and a hope. Over the years, I have been able to not only grow students in academics and character, but foster skills in other teachers to do the same. It is my goal this year that our school works together-staff, parents, and students-to make Advantage Academy Dallas a premier school where the students are always at the heart for why we do what we do. My husband and I are brand-new parents to a beautiful baby girl and are very active with our church family. I believe family is a priority and am looking forward to working with your families this school year.
