Emotional Literacy
Along with our 7 Pillars of Character and Leadership, each month our students learn about one of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and correlating life skills. Monthly life skills are taught based on the 5 tenants of Emotional literacy. Habits and life skills are integrated into daily learning through grade-level appropriate applications and resources. Families are welcomed into the process of promoting these important skills through homework assignments and opportunities for additional learning.
We believe that education is not just about knowledge in core subjects, but also about building resilience!
