My name is Herbert H. Fitzpatrick and currently I have the privilege to serve as Assistant Principal / Student Discipline Administrator / Transportation Manager. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Secondary Education. While taking graduate classes at Texas A&M University-Commerce campus in Educational Leadership, I began to understand my purpose in life is to impact young people in a positive, powerful and tangible way through servant-leadership and being a positive role model.
Each and every day, I personally encourage “the power of possibility in students…it’s possible to achieve to overcome any obstacle.” I am truly committed to the process of enlisting and guiding the talents and energies of both students and parents toward achieving common educational aims.
My tenure (13 years) here at Advantage Academy had given me the opportunity to promote the purpose and vision of Advantage Academy to Students, Parents, and Colleagues, Community, Businesses and Faith-friendly organizations.
I am truly committed to partnering with parents, community and businesses while ensuring that each and every child has the opportunity of becoming successful in life.
