About Me

Hello! My name is Kaylie Mills, I am the Biology and Physics teacher here at Advantage Academy. This will be my third year here at AA. I graduated from A&M University- Commerce with my BS in Agriculture Science and Technology with my Teacher Certification. It wasn't until I began teaching at AA that I really found my passion for Biology. This will be my fourth year as an Educator and I cannot wait to see what the new year brings.

Hobbies/ Interests

Besides teaching of course my hobbies include: Cooking and eating, walking my four dogs, exploring the great outdoors or relaxing with my husband.

In the classroom

Every student is unique, so why teach them all in the same way? My approach to teaching is all about getting to know each and every student and assessing their data after each assessment.  Being very mindful of how they perform in and out of pressure helps me design each lesson to reach each student.
