My name is Monica Lawson. I am so excited be teaching 4th grade math and 4th grade science.  This is going to be such a fun and exciting year for all of us.   This will be my 6th year teaching at Advantage Academy, and I have been teaching for a total of 14 years. I am the mom of 2 crazy cats- Shadow and Bandit.  One of the things I am most proud of is graduating from Texas A&M University. Gig ‘Em Aggies! I  completed a Masters Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of school, my hobbies include macrame, swimming, reading and spending time in my yard.
