Welcome students and parents to Advantage Academy North Duncanville 6^th, 7^th & 8^th grade CTE courses! I have taught CTE courses for the past 26 years. My education has focused on business and technology. I truly enjoy teaching technology skills because technology engages students, as well as preparing them for high school, college and their future career goals. 

Our sixth graders’ enroll in Technology for the Fall Semester and Career Readiness for the Spring Semester. Our 7^th graders will explore the world of “Digital Media.” Our 8th graders will explore Roboticss. Each of these courses will collaboratively enhance your child’s Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies skills, and Life skills.

Technology will be a key tool for your child’s growth today and for the future. I encourage parents and students to take these courses seriously through committed daily attendance, active participation, teamwork, parental and community involvement. When we work together, we create a “Win-Win” for all parties involved.
