Welcome to Social Studies! I am excited to have you in my class this year! This is my fourth year teaching Social Studies here at Advantage Academy at the ND campus. I am a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and a resident in Arlington, TX.   I have two amazing adults a daughter, and son, and three beautiful grandchildren. My favorite color is blue, I enjoy the Arts and listening to smooth jazz, and snipping a great cup of coffee while sitting on my deck enjoying nature.

My students can look forward to an interesting and fun school year learning all about historical events and people who helped shaped our great country. I will make a commitment to developing your student's social emotional. Technology will be a component for us throughout our school year.
