Hello Advantage Academy GPW families,

My name is Devante Crutchfield, I am the Assistant Principal and Student Discipline Administrator for our campus this upcoming school year. My experience as a classroom instructor was the start of my journey in education. I taught 8th grade for a compilation of five years. During my time as a classroom teacher, I prided myself on building strong healthy relationships with my students and their families. I am a strong believer of relaionships being the foundation or framework for everything we do in education. I am excited to embrace my new adminstrative roles to continue to support the students on my campus, their families, the community, and the teachers on my staff. I look forward to an amzing year of serving the families at Advantage Academy GPW.
