Hello, my name is Ms. Cole

I was raised in Waxahachie, TX, This is my second year at Advantage Academy but, I have been in education for over 15 years. I received my Bachelors of Science Degree from Texas A&M – Commerce, and my Masters of Education from Walden University, I have  a  baby boy Kace who was born in December of 2021. I also have a  3 year old niece who is my favorite girl  In my free time, I love to read, shop, and travel and spend time with my family and friends. My love for decorating made me start my own Event planning business called CoveredbyCole in 2018  and I'm also the Vice President of a four wheeler club which started in 2019.

As a district we use Crimsi as our platform. Within my classroom, I work to develop and implement hands-on, student centered learning. Through the use of differentiated instruction, I based my lessons on students’ interest, needs, and areas of strength. My goal is to set students up for success and a love of lifelong learning.
