Campus Director

Jennifer Keltner

Principal Keltner

My name is Jennifer Keltner. It is with great pleasure and excitement that I introduce myself to you as Campus Director of Advantage Academy Waxahachie. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead this campus and serve this organization, and excited to begin the school year.

This year will mark my 20th year working in education. As an educator, I have served in various roles, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, and most recently an assistant principal.  I served in the capacity of assistant   principal for the last seven years in Mesquite ISD. I was drawn to join the Advantage Academy team because the District vision and mission align with my beliefs about education.

During my leadership career, I have prioritized developing partnerships with families and community, building positive school culture, and implementing programs that meet students' needs. I am excited to bring these skills to Advantage Academy Waxahachie.

I have been married to my husband Eric for 19 years, and we have two children, Daphne (10) and Billy (14). My family serves as my support system and biggest cheerleaders. They are my reasons for working hard to provide the best possible education for the scholars I have the privilege of working with.

I look forward to working with you to provide an outstanding education to every child we serve.

Assistant Campus Director - Mr. Nicholas Hamilton

Assistant Principal N. Hamilton

My name is Nicholas Hamilton and I am thrilled to be your assistant Campus Director at Advantage Academy Waxahachie. Advantage Academy is a community working together to prepare each student for the global society by meeting their unique needs - mind, body, and spirit. I am excited to join Advantage Academy and the Champion culture that has been established here.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. This year will be my 15th year in Education. I have previously served as a classroom teacher in Richardson ISD and as an Instructional Coach in Grand Prairie ISD. Personally, I have been married to my wife, Vi, for 6 years. Together we have two children, Parker and Paiton. In our free time we enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching sports.

I view education as a life-long process and expect that I will continue to learn much about the uniqueness of the Advantage Academy community this year and in the years to come. It is my privilege to serve all the many talented teachers and students here!
